Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yellow Popcorn or White Popcorn
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup crushed Banana Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Begin popping popcorn in a pan with lid on the stove or in an electric popper following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. While popcorn pops, combine banana chips, brown sugar, flaxseed meal and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the butter over the popped popcorn. Immediately add the flaxseed mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.
