Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Combine flours and add to yeast mixture along with 1 cup cold water. Cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours.
  2. Add hot water, melted butter, sugar, salt and baking soda to the flour mixture. Mix well and let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Cook pancakes on a lightly greased griddle, about 3-4 minutes per side.
