Whole Hull-less Barley
Instructions
In a medium sized pot, bring water and salt to a boil. Add barley then reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
If you desire larger, softer barley, continue to simmer for an additional 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Yields about 3 cups of cooked barley.
