Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fava Beans
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse beans before cooking; do not soak. Place 1 cup beans in a large pot with 3 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, 40–45 minutes. Beans will begin to break apart as they cook. Overcooking may result in mushy beans.
