Ingredients

  • 1 cup Petite French Green Lentils
  • 2 cups Vegetables fresh chopped (onion, celery, zucchini, carrot)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large stock pot, bring to a boil, reducing heat to a slow boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often. When vegetables are tender, add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings.
