Apple Cider Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Apple Cider *
  • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats or Organic Steel Cut Oats
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Diced Apples
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Raisins
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Evaporated Cane Sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring 3 cups of Apple Cider and salt to a boil then add Steel Cut Oats.
  2. Reduce heat to a low simmer. Cover and cook 10-20 minutes (depending on how chewy you like the oats). Stir Occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for a few minutes. Top with fruit and nuts and sprinkle with sugar. Enjoy!
