  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two large sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil and eggs. Mix well. Using a 1-tablespoon scoop, place each cookie about an inch apart on prepared pans. Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky salt.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are set, rotating pans halfway through.
  4. Allow to cool for 15 minutes on the sheet pan, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
