As VP of People at Bob's Red Mill, I have the opportunity to lead our people strategy in a company that truly lives its values. We are strengthening engagement, developing our people, and ensuring our employee-ownership culture shows up in how we operate every day.
Aligning HR and Internal Communication allows us to connect our strategy to our people, and our people to our purpose and core values. That is where the impact happens. It is not just about programs or processes, it’s about building people capability, reinforcing our culture, and ensuring we are set up to grow in a way that is sustainable and true to who we are.
It is a unique role where I can combine strategic leadership with work that genuinely matters, and continue strengthening the foundation required to consistently deliver for both our employee owners and the people who rely on our products.
