We think everyone should be able to enjoy our healthy whole grain products, which is why we work hard to bring safe and tasty gluten free options to our customers. It’s the same great taste of Bob’s Red Mill, just without the gluten.

A Proud Leader in Gluten Free

For 40 years, the Bob’s Red Mill family has been committed to providing the very best in gluten free flours, cereals, baking mixes and grains for our friends on gluten free diets. To assure the integrity of our gluten free products, we’ve built a separate 100% gluten free facility and batch test in our quality control laboratory using an ELISA Gluten Assay test.

Beginning in 2019, we also offer some products that are certified gluten free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, a branch of the Gluten Intolerance Group. You can identify these select products by the GFCO logo on the product packages. Other Bob’s Red Mill gluten free products will continue to be tested and confirmed gluten free per our strict gluten free protocols. You can identify these products by the red GF logo and the gluten free testing statement on the product packages.

Dedicated to Sourcing the Highest Quality Grain Available

We’ve learned through the years that it takes passion and dedication to make sure our gluten free products are actually gluten free. Take our Gluten Free Oats for example: those on gluten free diets never thought they could enjoy our oats due to the fear of cross-contamination from gluten-containing grains. But with some time and hard work, we put those worries to rest.

The days of oat-less living are in the past as our Gluten Free Oats and Gluten Free Grains are guaranteed pure and delicious. To ensure that they stay just as gluten free as the day their seedlings sprouted from the earth, we test each batch in our quality control laboratory when they arrive from the farm and once again after they are packaged in our dedicated gluten free facility.

We’re constantly looking for new ways to help people enjoy simple and authentic whole grain foods, so it’s no wonder we have over 300 items in our array of natural, organic and gluten-free products.

A Look Inside Our Gluten Free Facility

Inside Bob’s Red Mill dedicated gluten free facility, our team of electricians and mechanics work to make things run smoothly while our shop team continues to do amazing built-from-scratch work. Whether it’s placing our automated 25 pound bulk bag packaging line into production or bringing to life the newest gluten free mixer, the Bob’s Red Mill crew works hard to give you quality gluten free products.

Our gluten free facility is equipped with its own mixers, mills, high speed packaging line, and a specially designed machine for packing single-serving Gluten Free Oatmeal Cups. Each of these machines run and are made possible thanks to our team that helps get you the gluten free products you know and love.
