I was diagnosed with my gluten allergy, amongst other intolerances, about 10 years ago! I was never interested in food before then . . . but after my diagnosis, I became infatuated with all things gluten free and the growing health and wellness industry.
I love making #NOBREAD breads!! All I use is Bob's Red Mill gluten free flours :) My number one recipe is my Paleo Banana Bread Donuts.
