In fact, wed even go so far as to say they are absolutely yummy, especially for all of you chocolate and peanut butter lovers. This recipe uses our gluten free 1-to-1 baking flour mixed with salt, butter and sugar for the shortbread, along with a hefty dose of chocolate chips and butter for the layer of chocolate, and even more butter, peanut butter, heavy cream and powdered sugar for the peanut butter layer. Seriously, this is one decadent little dessert bar. And the recipe makes 16 servings, so there (theoretically) should be plenty to go around!

Toffee and caramel make these chewy toffee bars absolutely amazing. They are topped with chocolate, too, pushing the gotta have just one more, factor to the limit.
