Where are all our vegan friends? Wherever you are, these macarons are to die for, and perfectly vegan-friendly. They do require some effort (pretty takes work, you know) but once they are done, we think youll find they are well worth the effort. Our secret ingredient is aquafaba, which is a fancy word for saying the liquid found in a can of garbanzo beans. Either way, that combined with almond flour, freeze-dried raspberries, vegan powdered sugar and vegan sugar result in beautiful, sweet deliciousness. You can use pink food coloring gel to color them nice and pretty (or a different color of choice) and use a piping bag to create rounded or heart shapes. Once youve baked them, its simply a matter of filling them with your vegan icing recipe of choice! Set them out on your cutest platter and watch them disappear, one by one.
This recipe propels you right into spring with fresh berries and yummy buttercream icing. Even better, its gluten free, using our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour and Gluten Free Medium Grind Cornmeal. We use plenty of all the usual suspects: eggs, sugar, butter, milk. Baking soda and baking powder help to give it a nice rise. The icing is made with butter, maple syrup and powdered sugar. Top everything with an assorted mix of fresh berries and serve! You can make this cake for any occasion, but its especially pretty for fancy gatherings.
These cookies are perfect for a springtime afternoon tea on the back porch, enjoying the sun and warmer weather. They are light and taste like a little slice of citrus-flavored heaven. This recipe uses our Unbleached White Fine Pastry Flour combined with Organic Ivory Wheat Flour. Lemon juice and lemon zest give them that citrus zing, and vanilla and thyme help give them a slightly earthy flavor. The icing is easy peasy, using powdered sugar, lemon juice and yellow food coloring. You can sprinkle a bit of lemon zest on them once youve iced them. Make sure you make extra because these little gems will disappear fast.
This dessert is light and sweet, perfect for warmer spring and summer weather. Plus, its easy and quick to make. Cant beat that! We use our Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour for the pastry, mixed with butter and water. Youll need to chill the pastry dough after youve made your discs before you add the toppings. Once they have chilled you can begin topping them with your ricotta and powdered sugar mixture, and your sliced strawberries. You can zest a lemon over the top of the strawberries for some extra tang to these tarts. Assemble them and fold the dough to just cover the edges of your filling, then bake until golden. Slice and serve! We promise you wont be disappointed.

The raspberry buttercream is made using butter, fresh raspberries, milk, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Not only is this cake extremely pretty, it can be dressed up or down to suit the occasion and it tastes amazing. Bake, serve and enjoy!
When you want a treat thats fun, festive and perfect for little ones too, try this spring flower cookie garden puzzle. The kiddos will have a blast making their own edible garden and youll love watching them enjoy themselves. We use our own baking soda and Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour, combined with butter, sugar, egg, salt and almond extract to make the dough.
