Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, sour cream, whipping cream, baking powder, flour, corn meal and salt until combined.
  3. Next fold in the corn, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and sugar until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 10” cast iron skillet that has been greased and top of with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned around the outside edge and firm in the center.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley.
