Organic Corn Flour is 100% stone ground and whole grain, including all of the bran, germ and endosperm. It is wonderfully flavorful and produces a cornbread that is richer and less crumbly than one made with cornmeal.


Bob's Red Mill finely ground Organic Whole Grain Corn Flour is great for breading and in combination with other flours in baked goods.     I just discovered this flour after seeing a recipe for corn cookies. I have since used it to bake Italian corn cookies (Zalettis). Tonight I made a Dutch Apple Pie (vegan) with just cornflour, brown sugar, and SmartBalance Light for the dough and crumbs. Delicious! I love this flour. Pancakes and mini-muffins with raisins are next.

    The Organic Corn Flour made the best cornbread I've ever had. Absolutely delicious, I used it just as I would any cornmeal. I bought it originally because it's organic and therefore non-GMO. Going to keep purchasing because it's an excellent product! Highly recommended.
