Our Apple Blueberry Granola is a marriage of whole grain oats, rice flour, oat flour, and barley malt, featuring unsulfured dried apples, natural blueberry flavor and sweetened with mixed fruit concentrate (pineapples, pears, peaches) and evaporated cane juice sugar. Bob's Red Mill Apple Blueberry Granola is a scrumptious and easy way to enjoy the goodness of whole grains.
Oats help you feel fuller longer, which can help control your weight. Oats are higher in protein and healthy fats, and lower in carbohydrates than most other whole grains, and they contain more soluble fiber than any other grain. They also have the best amino acid balance of all the cereal grains.
Our Apple Blueberry Granola is perfect to eat as a hot or cold cereal, with yogurt or straight out of the bag. It makes a great on-the-go snack whether you're hiking mountain trails or running errands in the city. The crunchy clusters and delicate, lightly-sweet flavor of this granola will keep you reaching for more.

- Every Day Yummy
- I've eaten this nearly every day for breakfast for a few years now. I absolutely love it. Clearly a flavor I can eat over and over and not get tired of it. My toddler enjoys it too.
- Very tasty! Won't break your teeth. I make a pseudo fruit crisp by sprinkling 1/2c on top of fresh cherries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches.
