Creepy Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies

Recipe courtesy of AllRecipesGlutenFree.com. These cookies are made using Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Shortbread Cookie Mix [we have discontinued that item, try this gluten free shortbread recipe!] and use creepy bugs to imprint the “fossils” into the dough when they begin to cool.
