Rainbow Dash
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (1/3 cup)
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup cubed Pineapple, fresh or frozen
Twilight Sparkle
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (1/3 cup)
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions:
Blend all the Rainbow Dash ingredients until smooth; set aside. Blend all the Twilight Sparkle ingredients until smooth. Pour each smoothie into serving glasses in layers, or pour into serving glasses at the same time to create interesting patterns. Gently stir for even more effect.
Does it taste like a unicorn (or a rainbow)? We really can't say, but we do know it's delicious and completely gorgeous. #ProTip: if you want to add pretty toppings like we did, place your smoothie-filled glasses in the freezer for a few minutes to firm up the top layer.
