Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter melted (or oil)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare a 9 x 9-inch pan with oil and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oil or melted butter with cocoa powder. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  4. Add sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla to the cocoa mixture.
  5. Whisk in coconut flour until the batter is free of lumps.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
