Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Corn Flour
  • 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Corn Flour
  • 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil and 8x8-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl. Add egg, milk and butter and mix until smooth. Do not overmix.
  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

    It was super delicious!! I used vegan ingredients. There is a flaxseed egg substitute recipe on the webpage that worked great!
