  1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately.

      Rye Berries will approximately double in size when cooked. To prepare 2 cups of cooked Rye Berries, use 1 cup of dry berries.
