This proprietary powdered egg substitute is the perfect ingredient for egg-free baking and can be used in cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes, quick breads, and more. It's so easy to use: just add water in varying amounts depending on if you are replacing an egg white, yolk, or whole egg. With each package containing the equivalent of 34 eggs, it's an economical choice as well. A great choice for those watching their cholesterol intake as it is cholesterol free! Produced in our dedicated gluten free facility, it's safe for celiacs and is perfect for use with our gluten free baking mixes!     I love to bake and I was leery about using an egg replacer. I tried Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Egg Replacer last night in a zucchini cake and it came out AMAZING! I am really excited to try it in all different kinds of recipes now. I highly recommend this product to everyone!

    Thanks Bob for the best ever Egg Replacer. Since everything baked GF requires a lot of eggs, this will be my replacement for loads of eggs as I bake a whole lot (of course, always using Bob's Red Mill superb GF products). Everything GF that you produce is excellent.

    I've tried using applesauce, pumpkin, and two other brands of powdered egg replacer before I tried this. I wasn't satisfied with any of the other methods or products, as there were taste and texture issues. But this egg replacer by Bob's Red Mill is great--no funky taste and gives a great rise to baked products. I'd definitely recommend!
