Breakfast WINNER!
We hate oatmeal. We've never found a way to make it that we didn't feel like we were just choking down. We tried this stuff as an alternative with some frozen berries and Greek yogurt, and now we eat it for breakfast every morning. No need to add sugar or anything - the berries are sweet enough.

I actually look forward to breakfast now!

I have been eating 10 grain hot cereal since it has been carried by Amazon. I enjoy it as much or more than I did since first trying it.

My favorite hot breakfast cereal and makes great muffins too!
This has become my most regular hot breakfast cereal because of the wonderful flavor. For a fast breakfast I use 48 grams of this with a scant 3/4 cup water for the consistency I like. Microwave for 2-3 minutes and let sit for 5-10 minutes and it's ready. Also the muffin recipe on back is like cornbread that has traveled abroad and gone to the gym. Fantastic!

Mixed grains can’t be beat.
Have always liked the mixed grains; for the taste and fiber content. Eat it almost every weekend now, but probably more after I retire; for the extra time needed to cook.

Very versatile and delicious!
I love this cereal! Besides eating it hot, I add a little to pancake and waffle batter. Adds a bit of texture and a nutty flavor.

We eat this every morning for breakfast, with frozen berries and whole milk Greek yogurt. It's very filling, and there is no substitute for flavor or texture. I just wish we had bought more of it during the sale!

This, and Bob's steel cut oats are my two rotating choices for breakfast. A handful of dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, or raisins) and 4 oz of grains get hot water and about a minute in the microwave. Let it steep for a few minutes and it's a wholesome breakfast that will carry you through the morning.
D K on Dec 11, 2017
Hearty, like it, good choice for everyday cereal with added fruit. Provides plenty of nutrients when flaxseed meal, wheat germ, and nutritional yeast also added!

What is the percentage ratio between all the grains?
J.J. T on Oct 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Because this is a proprietary blend, we are not able to provide percentages of each ingredient. Ingredients are listed in their order of prevalence in the mix.
