Bob's Red Mill Fine Pastry Flour is milled from the finest soft white wheat. It has had the bran and germ removed for a lighter, more delicate texture. This unbleached, unbromated white pastry flour has been enriched with niacin, iron, thiamine riboflavin and folic acid.
Our Fine Pastry Flour has a low protein content, so it makes terrifically tender baked goods.
