Great alternative
I miss being able to purchase at my local supermarket. As a vegetarian, I've depended on it as a protein staple for a couple of years now. Dependable, consistent high quality.

How the protein extracted from soy ? Are you using hexane, high heat or enzymes ?
A shopper on Apr 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: During the final extraction of oil from the soybeans, hexane is used. The resulting product, defatted soy flakes, are then water washed and the naturally occurring isoflavones in soy protein are left intact. There is no hexane in the final soy protein powder.
