Bob’s Red Mill + Healthful Pursuit Inc Instagram & Facebook Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 6:00AM PST on 06/12/19 and ends 11:59 PST 06/15/19 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The “Sponsor” of the Sweepstakes is Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, 13521 SE Pheasant Ct Milwaukie, OR 97222.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
ELIGIBILITY: Bob’s Red Mill’s Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents residing in any of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, ages 18 and older. Employees and their immediate family (parents, children, siblings or spouse, living in and out of the same household, or persons living in the same household regardless of relation) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside of the 50 United States, Canada and where restricted or prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.facebook.com/bobsredmill or http://www.instagram.com/bobsredmill and complete the following required steps in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes:
1. Post a comment in response to prompt on the Sweepstakes post. Limited to one (1) valid entry per person for duration of Sweepstakes period (6:00AM PST on 06/12/19 and ends 11:59 PST 06/15/19). Limit to one (1) prize per person. After the Sweepstakes period has ended, winners will be randomly selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner(s) will be selected and notified through Facebook or Instagram reply and/or direct message. In order for an online entry to be valid, entrant must have settings not on private, a valid Facebook or Instagram account and must respond to the Sweepstakes prompt on the Facebook or Instagram page. If the online entry is considered to be invalid and/or incomplete entrants will be not eligible to win. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries and/or submit entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void that entrant’s participation and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
ODDS: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE: The details of the prize is outlined in the Facebook or Instagram Sweepstakes post. No prize substitutions are allowed aside from those at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize at the equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable.
GENERAL TERMS: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants promise to abide by Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of the entrants participation in the Sweepstakes. All entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliate, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, and assigns from and against any or all claims, losses injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name (first name and last initial), Instagram or Facebook handle, or photograph without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now and hereafter known throughout the world. Entries to the Sweepstakes (including any copyrights or other intellectual property rights therein) will become the property of the Sponsor and, should the Sponsor choose to use or reproduce the this content for promotional purposes, entrant is not entitled to compensation or credit except as expressly set forth herein.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
