The Botta and Kingery Families opened The Ruddy Duck Tavern in June 2008 with the mission of creating a family oriented establishment that incorporates local & organic ingredients into our homemade menu items. We provide high quality food and serve generous portions at reasonable prices. Over the years, we have strive to maintain sustainability though our local vendors and have recently been recognized as one of the top Ocean/Eco friendly Waterfront Restaurant in Morehead City.
