Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried Tart Cherries
  • ½ cup Almond Butter
  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • ¼ tsp Vanillla Extract
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2-3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Muesli

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the muesli and blend together until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Measure 1 cup of muesli in a medium bowl, then place the cherry mixture into the muesli bowl. Using your hands, mix together the muesli and cherry mixture.
  3. Once your dough is well mixed, take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands. Place on a plate or baking sheet, and then finish rolling the rest of the dough out. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then enjoy!
