Premium Shelled Sunflower Seeds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread sunflower seeds evenly onto a baking sheet and toast until light-brown, about 15 – 20 minutes. Let cool at least 20 minutes.
Place cooled sunflower seeds, salt, and sweetener (if using), in the bowl of a food processor. Process until very smooth, about 15 minutes.
Makes about 1 cup.
