  1. Whisk together Psyllium Fiber Powder and water and let sit until thick, 2-3 minutes. Follow your recipe as directed adding psyllium "eggs" when the recipe calls for eggs. Baking time may need to be extended and browning will be reduced.

Not for use as a replacement for eggs in baked goods like meringues, dishes like scrambles, or egg-heavy dishes like custards.
