Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt or other non-dairy variety
  • ½ sweet Apple cored and diced
  • ½ cup Apple Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh Mint Leaves packed
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seed Hearts
  • ½ cup frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup Ice
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • Pinch Nutmeg and Cloves

Instructions

  1. Blend the all the ingredients except the ice together until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty.
