ELIGIBILITY:
The Bob’s Red Mill® 2019 Customer Survey Giveaway is open only to permanent legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia and legal Canadian residents. Must be age 18 or over. Employees of Bob’s Red Mill and affiliated entities, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees and affiliated parties are ineligible. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
The entry period begins February 7, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST February 28, 2019 ("Contest Period"). To enter the Contest and qualify for the prizes:
1. Complete all required survey questions at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6BCSH9Y
2. Provide your name and email address in the final optional survey question.
3. Maximum of one entry per person for the entire Contest Period.
HOW TO WIN:
One winner will be selected at random from all who enter during the Contest Period. Winner will be chosen no later than the March, 8, 2019. Winner will be notified by email at the email address submitted at entry. Winner must reply to the email within 10 days of the original message.
OFFICIAL PRIZES:
One winner will receive their choice of: Anova Precision Cooker, Finex 8” Cast Iron Skillet, INSTANT POT Duo Plus 9-in-1 (6 Quart). Prize value $130 USD. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
