Muesli was invented in the late 19th century by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner, who—decades ahead of modern-day medicine—sought to unlock the nutritional power of whole foods. The result: an irresistible blend of hearty whole grains, toasted seeds, and sweet dried fruit. Now Bob’s Red Mill has created muesli that is just as delicious and nourishing, but without the gluten!
