The Bob’s Red Mill Spring Coloring Contest (the “Contest“) is designed to encourage adults and children (and their parents/guardians on their behalf) (“Entrant(s)” or “You“) to use their creativity to color Bob in the coloring sheet provided/downloaded. Judges will choose the winning entries, and prizes will be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules (these “Rules“).

1. BINDING AGREEMENT: In order to enter the Contest, you must agree to the Rules. Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules. You may not submit an entry to the Contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Bob’s Red Mill with respect to the Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Contest, an Entrant must: (a) be a U.S. resident (if a minor, entrant must have obtained a parent’s or legal guardian’s prior permission); or (b) be a Canadian resident. Minors who enter must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian in order to be eligible to receive any prizes, as described in Section 8 of these Rules. Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, interns, contractors, and official office-holders of Bob’s Red Mill and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners of each, regardless of where they live) and members of the households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are ineligible to participate in this Contest.
3. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc., an Oregon corporation with principal place of business at 13521 SE Pheasant Court, Milwaukie, OR 97222, USA.
4. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on March 18, 2020 8:00am Pacific Time (PT) Zone in the United States and ends on May 15, 2020, 11:59 pm Pacific Time (PT) Zone (“Contest Period”). All dates are subject to change. Entries submitted by mail must be postmarked by May 8th, 2020 (“Postmark Deadline”) and received delivered to 13521 SE Pheasant Court, Milwaukie OR 97222 within seven (7) days of the Postmark Deadline in order to have been submitted within the Contest Period.
5. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Contest, visit the Contest website located at BobsRedMill.com/coloring-contest (“Contest Site”) during the Contest Period and follow the instructions that appear on the “Entry” form. Alternately, entries can be posted to Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #bobscoloringcontest. If posting to social media, entries by minors must be accompanied by the entrant’s age in the caption (e.g. John, age 5). If no age is listed, we will assume it is an adult entry.
6. Once the Entry Form is fully completed, please allow up to 48 hours for your entry to appear on the site.
7. To submit an entry in hard-copy form, the entry must be accompanied by name, address and email address or phone number of entrant *and* specify whether it is a submission by an adult or minor. Entries by minors must be accompanied by signed permission from parent/guardian. Please allow up to 48 hours from receipt of entry for it to appear on the contest page. Entries may be mailed to:

8. Entries received without a complete information or without parent/guardian permission will be disqualified.
9. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER ENTRANT. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. To be considered for the Contest, entries must be: (i) complete; (ii) received by May 4, 2020 11:59 pm Pacific Time (PT) (if mailed, see item 4). Machine or computer-generated mass entries will be disqualified. Any submission not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be disqualified. Bob’s Red Mill accepts no responsibility for submissions lost, delayed, damaged, defaced, or mislaid, howsoever caused. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of entry. All entries will be deemed made by the Entrant submitted at the time of entry.
10. JUDGING: Each entry will be evaluated and scored based on the following “Criteria”: (i) artistic skills (ii) creativity (iii) adherence to these Rules.
11. Submissions will be divided into two ” Groups” for judging. Each group will have one grand prize winner and two runners-up:
    1. Child: entrants 17 years and younger
    2. Adult: entrants 18 years and above
12. Decisions of the judges are final and binding. In the event there are not enough eligible entries, not all prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is unable for whatever reason to accept their prize, then Bob’s Red Mill reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
13. Notification of Winners: Becoming a winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, another entry will be chosen as the winner. The winner will be selected and notified by telephone and/or email, at Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification attempt within three (5) days from the first notification attempt, then winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received based on the judging. With respect to notification by telephone, such notification will be deemed given when the winner or potential winner’s parent or guardian engages in a live conversation with Sponsor or when a message is left on the potential finalist/winner’s voicemail service or answering machine by the Sponsor, whichever occurs first. In the event that the winner submitted their entry online they should keep a hard copy of their final artwork. The winner may be required to mail in the original artwork for high resolution scanning.
14. PRIZES: The Winner of the Children’s category will win a $200 Lego gift card and a collection of Bob’s Red Mill products ($50 value). The winner of the Adult category will win a $200 Visa gift card and a collection of Bob’s Red Mill products ($50 value).
15. The two runners-up in the Children’s category will receive a $100 Lego gift card and a collection of Bob’s Red Mill products ($50 value). The two runners-up in the Adult category will receive a $100 Visa gift card and a collection of Bob’s Red Mill products ($50 value).
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Bob’s Red Mill reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant from the Contest if, in Bob’s Red Mill’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the Entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Bob’s Red Mill, or the Judges.
17. PRIVACY: Entrants agree and acknowledge that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by Bob’s Red Mill the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. All personal information that is collected is subject to Bob’s Red Mill’s Privacy Policy, located at: https://www.bobsredmill.com/privacy-policy.html. Individuals submitting personal information in connection with the Contest have the right to request access, review, rectification or deletion of any personal data held by Bob’s Red Mill in connection with the Contest
18. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY: If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Bob’s Red Mill reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
