  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl stir together the oats, flour, sugar, bran, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, baking powder, cinnamon, and fruit. Toss lightly to coat fruit.
  3. In a smaller bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, and honey. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir gently to combine, just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over-mix.
  5. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 of the way full with muffin batter. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until done.
