Instructions
  1. Blend together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together all liquid ingredients, except the egg white.
  3. Beat egg white until stiff, but not dry, and set aside.
  4. Add all liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Stir and fold in egg white.
  5. Bake on hot waffle iron and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Variations: Add grated orange rind or fruit, such as blueberries to batter before baking.

    My family really liked these. I ended up adding almost another cup of flour because the batter was too runny. The taste and texture was great!
