  1. Combine all ingredients except Gluten Flour in mixing bowl and stir to blend. Add Gluten Flour. Stir with heavy spoon. Finish mixing with your hands. Pat into a roast shape and place in lightly oiled roasting pan or bread pan. Bake at 325°F for one hour. Makes 16 slices of Wheat Roast.
