Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and then add the rolled spelt. Reduce heat and cook 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the consistency that you prefer, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Serve with maple syrup, honey or raw sugar and milk. Serves 2.
Microwave: Place 1/2 cup Rolled Spelt Flakes with 3/4 cup water in a large bowl. Cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
