    This recipe calls for two cups of quinoa, but is it two cups of it uncooked? Because 2 cups cooked turns into about 4 cups.

      You will want to use 2 cups of already cooked quinoa in this recipe. To prepare 2 cups of cooked quinoa, you will only want to cook 1 cup of dry quinoa.
