  1. Place organic spelt flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Blend until incorporated.
  2. Add milk, eggs, egg whites and water. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Whisk until blended. Add more water if consistency is too thick.
  3. Heat a saute pan on medium heat. Add grapeseed oil. When heated through, pour about 1/2 cup of batter in the pan. Cook until golden on each side.
  4. Place a dollop of yogurt on top with jam. Sprinkle with icing or powdered sugar.
