  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease one loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, honey, egg and banana.
  3. Separately, combine dry ingredients. Mix into banana mixture until just combined.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in greased loaf pan.
