This recipe was formulated to be used with a combination of our Whole Wheat Flour and Unbleached White All Purpose Flour. Because Graham Flour is simply coarsely ground whole wheat flour, you may use Graham Flour in place of the Whole Wheat Flour if you choose.

Fun Fact: graham crackers aren’t named for graham flour. They are named after their inventor, Sylvester Graham and his Graham Diet in the early 1800’s.
