  1. Prepare half the gluten free pizza recipe according to directions on the package.
  2. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  3. Put thin layer of olive oil in skillet.
  4. When dough is ready, roll then flatten to fit in skillet.
  5. Cook in oven for 13 minutes.
  6. Remove skillet from oven.
  7. Add marina sauce, cheese and toppings.
  8. Cook in oven for 12 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven. Let sit for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
Recipe Notes

Make sure to have consistency of pizza dough firm enough and not sticky. Use rice flour to add to the dough if it is sticky. I used about 1/4 cup.
