Chocolate Chip Red Velvet Mini Loaves

I sure love red velvet & then when it’s topped with a sweet glaze & cute snowflake sprinkles, it just makes the whole season a little bit happier.  These chocolate chip red velvet mini loaves are so incredibly easy to make. Just whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, pour into your mini loaf pans & bake for about 35 minutes. Once they are cool you can remove & add the simple 2 ingredient glaze. I’m telling you, it’s so easy but no one will be the wiser because of how pretty they are.
