  1. Stovetop:



    Bring 2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Rolled Wheat and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 2 minutes. Serve with milk and honey. Makes 4 servings.



    Microwave:



    In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Rolled Wheat and 1/2 cup water. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. If cereal boils over, try reducing heat to 70% power and cooking for 2-3 minutes. Stir and repeat at 70% power for 2-3 minutes.
