Basic Preparation Instructions for Organic Farro

Take a culinary voyage to the Mediterranean with Farro, a hearty grain that was a mainstay of the daily diet in ancient Rome. Some folks call Farro the original ancestor of all other wheat species – the “mother of all wheat.” It  has a nutty flavor and chewy texture perfect for stews, salads, and more. These instructions are printed on our labels of Organic Farro. Cook Farro the old fashioned way, or if you need dinner in a flash, try the quick-cooking method for grains that are ready to eat in just 10 minutes.

Thank you for reproducing the directions online. This is much easier to read. I will be using this as a swap for the bulgar wheat or quinoa I normally use.

I agree with Dana the printing is WAY too difficult to read. I thin a revamping of the package should help. The product is great and so are the recipes

I agree with the other comments – please come up with a new design for your packaging and printing. The seam runs right on the instruction information. Even my 16 year old had to take it over to a better light to read it to me.
    Great product.
