  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then add the applesauce and milk, careful not to over mix when incorporating.
  2. Pour the batter on a hot griddle and spread out on the pan with a spoon when you pour it. Cook on both sides until done.
Recipe Notes

Leftover pancakes can be eaten cold as a tasty snack.

    I made these with some modifications and they were delicious! I swapped the milk for apple cider, and added some GF oats for texture. Amazing!
