  1. Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed.



    Select white/basic setting. Using the delay feature on your bread machine, program bread to be finished in 12-24 hours.



    Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (16 slices).

    Fantastic flavor! The ratio of water to dry ingredients needs adjusting. Either add more water or use only 1 cup plus a couple tablespoons of whole wheat flour. The orange zest makes this bread exceptionally tasty! DO NOT omit it!.
