    Super yummy, tried it out for the first time today & added a shredded carrot to the pancake recipe as well as used water instead of milk, came out perfect. They are light & airy and tasted really good!!!

    I've made low carb chocolate chip cookies using this flour (along with the Truvia baking blends and sugar-free chips) and loved them. A little different than the classic taste but they still disappeared quickly. They don't spread, so use a scoop (about 2 or 3 teaspoons) and give them a little press down. Also, used directly in a standard crepe recipe. The coconut comes through a little bit, but that didn't really matter as they were being used for a dessert.

    I am Paleo for health reasons and recently came across this flour and am so delighted with all the recipes so far. I have made the waffles and muffins on the package, added banana and walnuts to muffins and they look and taste like the wheat flour ones.....finally.
    Just made chocolate chips cookies and did not have a recipe so used the one on the back of CCs using this flour and whoa they are good too. Thx for all of you making grain free stuff.

    IMPRESSED! Been trying to find low fat and carb mix because I love pancakes and eat too much carbs ! Bought this on a whim when I saw it at the store and made pancakes and they were sooooo delicious ordered 4 packs yesterday and am very happy to have found this !!!

    I saw this on the shelf of my local health food store and on impulse picked it up, with low expectations (only because every grain free pancake I've tried has always lacked an authentic, decent taste.)
    Fast forward to tonight where I was doing a little dance in my kitchen after making these pancakes - it's been so long since I've tasted a pancake so delicious and fluffy!
    Thank you Bob's Red Mill for this excellent product - I'm looking forward to trying it out in every recipe I can think of!

    I made the muffin recipe that is on the flour package. My husband, our two kids (one is a carbaholic and is very unhappy with our new way of eating.. too bad) were invited to a friends house for dinner and I wanted to make a paleo dessert. I had made fantastic paleo crispy chocolate chip cookies from a paleo cook book and was planning on making them. My husband was bringing back some tapioca and coconut flour from the grocery store and then I was going to bake up a batch.. Well, husband couldn't find them so came home empty handed. I quickly grabbed the paleo flour, settled on making the muffin mix with chocolate chips (that husband could easily find of course.) I decided to make muffin-minis. Well, they turned out DELICIOUS! They were a big hit at our get-together and my picky (carb withdrawing) teen LOVED them! My girlfriend raved about them a few days later. I am very happy I found this mix.. I also need to mention that I am not a huge fan of coconut but this mix has a great constitution of ingredients that it doesn't overpower. I also made the pizza recipe and it was good too! So wonderful to have pizza again I couldn't eat it fast enough! I will probably order from this website as the store sold the same size for $3 more a bag. Thank you Bob's Red Mill! Now I can enjoy baked goods again!

    I almost cried when I replaced regular recipes cup for cup with this Paleo flour!! Everything I have tried so far, I have had amazing results in taste, texture, and looks... I am so thankful for this product!!

    I have done a fair bit of baking mixing my own paleo flours and was really pleased with this flour blend. I used it cup for cup in this Blondie recipe and they were amazing! Whisk together 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking power, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt. Separately melt 1/3 cup butter/margarine, add 1 cup coconut sugar. Cool, and stir in one egg and 1 tsp vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Add chocolate chips or nuts if you like. Spread in parchment lined 9x9 pan and bake 350 for about 15 (watch closely, almond flour can burn faster than other flours).

    I went gluten free in 2004 as a result of being diagnosed as highly sensitive to gluten through a blood test. I haven't had a really excellent pancake since then- until yesterday! My Bob's Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour order had arrived & it was time to try it. I followed the instructions on the package but added blueberries to the batter. I could tell as they were cooking they weren't going to be the boring cakes I'm accustomed to since going GF! They looked light and fluffy like gluten-laden cakes, yet they didn't contain ingredients that would harm me! My husband and I enjoyed them with a bit of butter and maple syrup. It was like I was back in 2004!

    This is a wonderful baking flour mix. Anyone who has attempted the challenge of making Paleo baked goods will know that this is a powerful statement! I used it to replace the all-purpose flour (cup for cup) in a muffin recipe that I liked to make before starting Paleo. The muffins came out golden brown with a nice shape and great flavor. I can't wait to try it in your Paleo pizza crust recipe. This product opens up so many possibilities for a return to my old favorite recipes. Thank you, Bob's Red Mill. Well done!
