Bob's Red Mill finely ground Whole Grain Corn Flour is great for breading and in combination with other flours in baked goods. We mill our Whole Grain Corn Flour from whole yellow corn kernels with all the natural nutrients intact: the germ, bran and endosperm. Because our Corn Flour is whole grain and high in fiber, it digests slowly, making you feel fuller longer and helping supply your body with a steady stream of energy. Add our Whole Grain Corn Flour to your favorite pancake, biscuit or bread recipe for added flavor and nutrition.     I saw a recipe on TV that used corn flour for fried onion rings and just had to try it. I found Bob Mill's Corn Flour at my local store and it made some awesome onion rings! Crunchy and light and complemented the onion flavor wonderfully. I highly recommend this and I am also going to be incorporating this into other recipes!

    If you love corn bread, but hate the grainy texture of corn meal, this corn flour is the answer. The cornbread one can make with corn flour is fundamentally superior to typical cornbread.
