Indian cuisine is one of the most flavorful in the world and who better to teach these aromatic dishes than L eena Ezekiel. In this class you will learn how to make and use enchanting chutneys as well as experience Leena’s favorite Egg Curry . Her menu also includes Matta Paneer, Indian Paneer cheese and peas in a rich tomato sauce. An additional treat are her chutneys: Tomato Chutney, Pineapple Chutney and Cucumber Rita. Sure to be an Indian feast!

Calling all non-cooks! Julie Gilliam, creative cook and baker of simple, innovative and nutritious foods and her dad, Dennis Gilliam, Partner and Exec. VP, Sales and Marketing at Bob’s Red Mill (who loves whole grains) share their “easy secrets.” Together this father/daughter team will banter and teach so any non-cook can master the basics; hot cooked cereal (Oat Groats ) with multiple uses, Hearty Lentil Salad, Split Pea Soup (to cry for) and Prize Winning Cornbread. Repeat after us: “I Can Do This.” We know you can.  Lots-O-Samples as you build skills.

You’re in for a real treat as Thomas shares his culinary skills as he prepares a fabulous menu that includes: Cannelini Bean Spread with Whole Grain Flat Breads, Sprouted Lentil Salad, Eggplant Roll Ups with Roasted Garlic & Basil Pasta and Pineapple Upside Down Lemon Cake with Candied Lemon Glaze .
